Tofu chili recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | firm tofu |
1 tsp | chili powder |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
350 g | tomatoes, chopped |
500 ml | vegetable broth |
Instructions
In a medium bowl, crumble the tofu and toss with the chili powder and garlic.Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and saute the onions until tender. Stir in the tofu mixture and continue cooking about 5 minutes over low heat.
Mix in the tomatoes and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and cook until cooked though.
