Jack Daniel’s is distilled in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Don’t try to sneak any Kentucky bourbon into this cocktail, it’s bad juju.

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- Ice
- 2 ounces Tennessee whiskey
- 1 ounce triple sec
- Juice of one lemon
- Splash of water
- Brandied cherry and slice of lemon for garnish
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins
1. Add sugar and water to a cocktail glass. Stir to dissolve. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in sugar water, whiskey, triple sec, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the cocktail glass. Add ice, a splash of water to taste, and garnish with a brandied cherry and a slice of lemon.
