Tofu balls recipe details
Ingredients
250 | tofu, to taste |
2 | carrots |
1 | onion |
150 g | peanuts |
1 tsp | honey |
1 tbsp | soy sauce, to taste |
3 tbsp | rice, cooked |
1 tbsp | oil |
breadcrumbs |
Instructions
Crumble the tofu into a bowl, add the finely grated carrot and finely chopped onion together with the rice and the roughly chopped peanuts and mix well. Season to taste with honey and soy sauce. Mix in breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm enough to form small balls.Barbecue the balls on a hot grill for approximately 5 minutes.
