Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 4 (8 ounce) venison or beef steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Put the marinade ingredients into a zip-top plastic bag, and mix thoroughly. Add the meat, and coat evenly with the marinade. Press out the air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator 2 to 6 hours.
2. Cook as desired.
