Ingredients
Makes: 4 steaks- 1 teaspoon canola or vegetable oil
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup prepared French onion dip
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon minced chives
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add mushrooms and garlic and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes until heated through. Serve as sauce for steak or grilled vegetables. Note
