The captain’s breakfast bites, recipe Rating: 4.7

Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups of Bisquickbaking mix
1 pound of spicy sausage
1 pound of grated cheese (pepper cheese is recommended)

Heat oven to a hot 400 degrees. Mix well the Bisquick, spicy sausage, and grated cheese. Place on a cookie sheet in 1- to 2-inch balls and cook for 10 minutes or until golden. This recipe is also fantastic when you have a party and need a quick “finger-food” that is ready in minutes.
