Thai Chicken Pasta Recipe

1. Chicken breast, sliced into strips (1lb)
2. pasta (2lb)
3. black pepper (2tsp)
4. cilantro (1bunch optional)
5. green onion (4bunches)
6. peanut oil (1tbsp)
7. chopped garlic (1clove)
For Sauce Ingredients
1. Peanuts chopped (2 ½ tbsp)
2. Thai fish sauce (8tsp)
3. crushed red pepper (2tsp)
4. curry powder (3tbsp)
5. seranno peppers, sliced (5)
6. ground cumin (1 ½ tsp)
7. cayenne pepper (2tsp)
8. sesame oil (2tbsp)
9. soy sauce (8tbsp about 1/2c)
10. chopped garlic (8cloves)
For Thickening Ingredients
1. water (3tbsp)
2. cornstarch (2tsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl, add all the ingredients of sauce in it and then mix them properly and keep the bowl aside. Keep the pasta to cook in a pan according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile take a pan, heat peanut oil in it and fry garlic in oil and then add chicken in it. Keep the chicken to cook and add pepper in it. When the chicken gets cooked then add sauce mixture in it and again cook it for about 2 minutes by stirring it. Add cilantro and green onion in it and cook it until the onion gets cooked.
3. If you want thick sauce then mix water and cornstarch in a bowl and then mix it into the chicken mixture. When the pasta gets cooked then drains it and mixes it in chicken and sauce. Now Thai chicken pasta is ready to serve.
