Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 avocados (Hass) 1/4-inch diced
- 1 lime (fresh squeezed)
- 3 tomatoes 1/4-inch diced
- 1 red onion 1/4-inch diced
- 1 Jalapeno 1/4-inch diced
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar/Jack cheese (50/50 blend)
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins1. First take the refried beans spread on the bottom of a pizza pan; then mix the sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread on top of beans. Then cut and dice avocados and toss with squeezed lime juice and place on top of sour cream mixture. then dice tomatoes, onions, jalapeno., and place on top of avocados. then chop cilantro and sprinkle on top. then add cheddar cheese blend. serve with your favorite tortilla chips, enjoy..
