Serves: 12- For Dressing:
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup plum wine
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups salad oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco(R) sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- For Coleslaw:
- 4 pounds red cabbage, shredded
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 2 yellow bell peppers, chopped
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, marinating1. Blend all of the dressing ingredients in a food processor until well incorporated.
