Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 cups white vinegar
- 6 dashes teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 chicken quarters, skin on
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 45 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Combine vinegar, teriyaki, Italian dressing, and Worcestershire sauce in large plastic resealable bag. Add chicken, seal, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Preheat grill to Low.
3. Grill chicken over low heat for approximately 45 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper as desired on the grill.
