Teriyaki beef skewers with sesame recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | beef tenderloin, cut into 2cm cubes |
4 tbsp | teriyaki sauce |
75 g | plum compote |
1 tsp | chili paste |
3 tbsp | sesame seeds |
100 g | ketchup |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a bowl, place the meat, add the teriyaki sauce and toss well. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.Mix the plum compote with ketchup and chili paste. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until slightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Pat dry the marinated beef and thread onto skewers. Heat the oil and fry the skewers over high heat until brown and crispy all around.
Turn the skewers into the sesame seeds and serve together with the dip.
