Easy teriyaki chicken kabobs recipe details
A tasty combo of marinated chicken, zucchini, peppers and onions. Simple as can be, and cooks in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup bottled teriyaki glaze
- 1 zucchini, chopped in large pieces
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped in large piecs
- 4 green onions, cut in half
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Place chicken and 1/4 cup teriyaki glaze in a large plastic resealable bag. Seal bag, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Drain.
2. Place chicken and vegetables on 8 metal skewers. Baste with some of the teriyaki glaze.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Set kabobs on the grill and cook for about 14 minutes, basting often with teriyaki glaze, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve.
