Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup tequila
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 6 mins1. Place tequila, brown sugar, lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, salt, and tuna in a large plastic resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to high and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove steaks from marinade and set on grill. Close lid and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes until tuna has just a little pink left in the middle.
4. Serve tuna steaks alone or with salsa.
