Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine garlic, olive oil, and wine. Add tuna steaks, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Drain.
2. While tuna is marinating: in a small dish, combine bread crumbs, pine nuts, basil, parsley, tomatoes, and lemon zest. Stir well.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
4. Place tuna steaks on grill and cool for about 4 minutes. Flip, pat the bread crumb mixture on top of each steak, and continue to grill for 4 more minutes to finish the tuna.
