Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the oil with lime juice, lime zest, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag, add tuna steaks, and seal. Turn to coat, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Drain.
