What more can be said than the title?? Come on now, this is a Man’s Burger. All meat, with a twist. The flavor combination is unbelievable. You get hit with the sweet, the sour, and the salty all at the same time and your taste buds just explode.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound pulled pork
- 1/4 cup beer
- 4 (1/4 pound) brat patties
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (preferably smoked)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick(R) California Style garlic sauce
- 8 slices thick cut bacon (Your choice of flavor)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Place your pulled pork in a heavy pot and add a splash of your favorite beer. Put the lid on and slowly heat the pulled pork, stirring occasionally, on medium-low.
2. Season both sides of the brat patties with sea salt, pepper, and McCormick(R) garlic sauce. Let set at room temperature while grill is heating.
3. Heat grill to Medium.
4. Place the bacon on the grate indirectly and cook until bacon is just starting to get crisp. Grill the brat patties at the same time, about 6 minutes per side.
5. Now that all the meat is cooked, it is time for assembly. Place the brat patty on the bun, top with some crumbled feta cheese, then add some of the pulled pork. Drizzle on some BBQ sauce and top with two slices of bacon. Cover with the bun top.
