Delicious fried chicken recipe. Start by placing chicken pieces in an egg mixture of 2 beaten eggs in 2 cups of water. Drain, then coat each piece in the flour mixture.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 cups flour
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups oil for frying, or as needed
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 15 mins1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
