Buffalo Style Chicken Wings made on the Grill
Ready in: 40 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 30- 30 Wing Dings (Chicken Wings)
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 3 shakes of Adobo Seasoning
- 3 shakes of black pepper
- a palm full of Paprika
- half of a red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cap full of vegetable oil
- Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- Habanero Pepper Sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Set 4 cups of water to boil.
2. Clean the Wings with lemon Juice and water. Rinse (leave a little water in bowl with chicken). Season with adobo, black pepper, and paprika. Mix.
3. Add Chicken to boiling water. Chop Red onion and garlic. Add to boiling water with chicken. Stir and cook for 15 minutes (varies depending on size of wings longer for bigger wings up to 25 minutes).
4. Prepare grill so it’s ready when chicken is done boiling.
5. Once chicken is done, drain. Place in bowl and add more black pepper and adobo. Also add vegetable oil. Mix.
6. Mix 90 percent cayenne pepper and 10 percent habanero pepper in a bowl. Add pepper mix to chicken. Mix.
7. Take chicken to grill and look out for the flames (oil makes flame pop).Grill wings until sauce is Charred on the wings.Remove from heat and serveCook Information Cleanup:
