Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium tart apple, cut into small pieces
- 1 small can Bavarian sauerkraut or regular kraut topped with caraway seeds
- 1/2 pound cooked Polish Kielbasa
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Saute the onion in the oil. Add the apple after a few minutes, then the sauerkraut. When everything is hot, add the kielbasa and leave it in long enough to heat to temperature. Serve!
