Tarte flamb e recipe details
Ingredients
260 g | wheat flour |
5 tsp | salt |
2 pinch(es) | sugar |
15 g | yeast |
130 ml | water, slightly warm |
30 ml | oil |
200 g | sour cream |
salt and pepper | |
1 | garlic clove, small, finely chopped |
2 | onions, cut into half-rings |
150 g | Parma ham, diced; optional |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced; optional |
70 g | leek, sliced; optional |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Sift the flour. Dissolve yeast in slightly warm water. Combine flour and yeast with sugar, salt and oil and knead the ingredients together until it becomes a smooth and elastic yeast dough.
Place in a slightly greased bowl and roll the dough ball around until it is fully greased, Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume. Knead again and roll out the dough to form a circle. Transfer it to a lightly oiled baking tray, pushing out the edges until it forms an even circle, about 30 cm in diameter.
Season to taste the sour cream with salt, pepper and garlic. Spread the mixture evenly over the tarte flambée base, top with the onions and diced Parma ham, or for the vegetarian type, top with the sliced mushrooms and leek.
Bake in the preheated oven for 17 minutes.
