1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper
5 tbsp single cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, cream, tarragon vinegar and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with eggs or fish.
