|180 g||sheep cheese|
|100 g||cheese, grated|
|salt, to taste|
Cut zucchini in halves and hollow the halves. Place the pulp in a bowl and add the sheep cheese. Mix pulp and sheep cheese, season with salt.
Place the zucchini halves on a baking tray. Fill the cheese mixture in the halves. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 250°C.
