Ingredients

Serves: 8

• 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
• 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
• 1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 to 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chiles
• 1 1/2 cups frozen gold and white corn
• 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
