Ingredients
5 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar (or a little more)
2 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
zest of 2 oranges
diced raisin or dried apricots
1/4 pinon nuts
1/2 pound butter (small pieces)
2 cups milk or half & half
Instructions:

Mix ingredients together with fingers and blob onto cookie sheets (lightly sprayed with cooking spray) into individual servings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm!
