Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 4 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Serve with meats or vegetables.
