Ingredients

500 g	broccoli
2 clove(s)	garlic, minced
500 g	ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored and sliced
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
4	bangers, sliced
4 tbsp	olive oil
30 g	capers
	paprika powder
100 ml	vegetable stock

Instructions

Cook the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain.

In a saucepan, fry the sausages until golden brown all around. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the tomatoes and the garlic and cook stirring for some minutes. Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Add the capers and reduce the heat. Stir in the cooked broccoli, and the sausages. Cook for a minute and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

Serve with cooked pasta, potatoes or rice.
