Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegatables
- 12 ounces bow tie pasta
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 2 hours 5 mins | Cook: 17 mins1. Bring 4-6 quarts water to boil. While waiting on water, mix 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar with 1/2 cup honey. Stir it until honey has dissolved into vinegar. Add frozen vegetables to water and cook 5 minutes. Add pasta and cook 12 minutes (or follow instruction on pasta box). Strain pasta/vegetables and rinse in cold water. Add honey/balsamic vinegar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve. Best if chilled for several hours.
