Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 cup honey teriyaki sauce
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 cups torn romaine
- 3 kiwis, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup salted cashews
- 1/3 cup poppy seed salad dressing
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Combine chicken and teriyaki dressing in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Remove chicken from dressing.
2. Preheat grill to Medium and lightly oil grate.
3. Place chicken on grill and cook for about 7 minutes on each side, until meat is no longer pink in the middle. Cool slightly and slice.
4. In a large bowl, toss chicken, fruits and vegetables, onions, and cashews together. Coat with salad dressing and serve.
