Tangy beef brisket recipe details
Ingredients
2 ½ kg | beef brisket |
250 ml | tomato soup |
120 ml | red wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
120 ml | light soy sauce |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
120 ml | barbecue sauce |
90 ml | corn syrup |
1 tbsp | garlic powder |
1 tbsp | dry mustard |
200 ml | ginger ale |
Instructions
Trim brisket of all fat and place in a slow cooker.Combine remaining ingredients in a bwol and mix well. Pour over brisket and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Turn heat to lowa and cook for another 8 hours.
