Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey-Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 7 hours1. Gently stir the egg, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, and beef together in a mixing bowl. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, then place in a medium slow cooker.
2. Whisk ketchup, mustard, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce together in a bowl, then drizzle over the meatballs.
