A quick weeknight meal that gives you all the flavor of tacos- without the mess!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green Peppers & onions
- 1 large lime
- cilantro
- shredded Cheddar Cheese
- sour Cream
- tortilla Chips
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Brown the ground beef with the onion and whole packet of taco seasoning until beef is fully cooked. Drain beef then add to a large pot.
2. Add Crushed Tomatoes, Kidney Beans (drained), Pinto Beans (Drained), Corn (drained) Green Peppers & Onions, juice from the lime, and finely chopped cilantro.
3. Bring to almost a boil, then let simmer for at least 30 – 40 mins.
4. To serve top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a side of tortilla chips. Can also use lime/cilantro for garnish.Alternate method
Can also use 1lb ground beef, and a whole onion- just leave out a can of beans, or add another can of Green Peppers & Onions.
