Tabouleh salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | bulgur |
20 g | parsley, fresh, chopped |
75 g | raisins |
2 | scallions, finely chopped |
80 g | tomatoes, peeled, cored and diced |
30 g | green coriander, fresh, chopped |
2 tbsp | mint,fresh,chopped |
60 ml | extra virgin olive oil |
60 ml | lemon juice, fresh |
salt | |
pepper |
Instructions
Place bulgur in a bowl and cover with hot water. Leave to swell until soft (approx. for 30 minutes – maybe more).Toss everything together in a bowl, stir, and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a clean dish towel.
Let sit for about 1 – 2 hours before serving.
