Turkey with Wok Noodles recipe

|300 g||escalopes of turkey breast, sliced|
|3 tbsp||soy sauce|
|2 tbsp||sesame oil|
|400 g||mixed wok vegetables, e.g. carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, in florets or sliced|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 piece(s)||ginger, grated|
|250 ml||vegetable stock|
|125 g||wok noodles|
|2 tbsp||teriyaki sauce|
|1 tbsp||red curry paste|
Marinate the turkey breast slices in soy sauce for 1 hour.
Stir-fry the meat in hot oil from all sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add in the pan the vegetables, curry paste, garlic and ginger and stir fry for 5 minutes over high heat. Pour in the stock and add the noodles. Season to taste with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and fish sauce. Cook stirring for 5 minutes over medium heat. Return the turkey breast slices and toss until hot again.
