180 ml soy sauce
80 ml dry sherry
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp minced ginger
1 clove(s) garlic, minced

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and marinate the swordfish for at least 1 hour.

Broil or grill the fish for about 10 minutes.
