Ingredients

Serves: 12

• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon dry milk
• 2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
• 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
• *(optional dry ingredients)
• *1/2 Cup French’s(R) Fried Onions Chopped
• *1 tablespoon Dry Lipton(R) onion soup mix
• wet ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons softened butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups buttermilk

Preparation method

Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 3 hours

1. Mix together all the dry ingredients ( except the yeast ).
2. Mix together the wet ingredients and microwave to 100 degrees.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into your bread machine. Then add the dry ingredients.
4. Then make a little well in the center and add the yeast.
5. Set machine on normal or white and medium crust.
