Soy and Sugar Grilled Salmon

A sweet, savory and quick marinade flavors easy grilled salmon. Will also give you plenty of white wine left over to serve with dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating
1. Combine wine, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic in a large plastic resealable bag. Add salmon, seal bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
3. Drain salmon from marinade and set on the grill. Close lid. Cook for about 10 minutes, until fish fillets flake easily. Serve.
