Ingredients
1 head(s) | sweetheart cabbage, sliced |
2 | onions, chopped |
75 g | bacon, diced |
300 g | shortcrust pastry |
150 g | crème fraîche |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
freshly grated nutmeg |
Instructions
In a saucepan fry the bacon until golden. Remove from the saucepan and set aside. Add the oil and sauté the onions until lucent. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.Roll out the pastry and line a greased baking tin with the pastry. Spread with the crème fraîche and divide the cabbage on it. Sprinkle with the bacon. Bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for 30-40 minutes until golden browned.
