Pan fried salt and pepper zucchini recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Lebanese zucchini |
2 tbsp | cornflour |
1 tsp | black or white pepper, freshly grounded |
1 tsp | sea salt |
70 ml | peanut oil |
some | lemon wedges to serve |
Instructions
Slice zucchini on the diagonal into long slices approx. 1 cm thick.Put the cornflour, pepper and salt in a plastic bag and shake to mix well.
Put the zucchini pieces in the bag and toss until all the zucchini is well coated.
Heat the peanut oil and pan-fry the zucchini until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towel, arrange on a plate and serve with lemon wedges.
