Ingredients
125 ml | flour, self-raising |
125 ml | buttermilk |
1 can(s) | sweetcorn, 420g |
45 ml | sunflower oil |
1 | egg |
1 tsp | salt |
Instructions
This is a quick bread, best served at a BBQ, dripping in butter…Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine buttermilk, oil, egg and salt. Add the flour and then the sweetcorn. Beat well.
Bake in a loaf tin for 20-30 minutes. Remove from tin when still warm.
