Easy slow cooker pork ribs with the sweet taste of the Caribbean. Satisfy a crowd with this simple slow cooker dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 5- 2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4 1/2 pounds) cut into sections of 3 or 4 ribs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 3 cups honey barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 6 hours1. Coat rib sections with oil and season with Caribbean jerk seasoning. Transfer to a large (6 quart) slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, combine honey barbecue sauce, apricot preserves, and honey. Drizzle ribs with this mixture. Place lid on slow cooker.
3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
