Ingredients
500 g | mangetout, blanched for 1 minute |
500 g | pork fillet, sliced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
200 ml | vegetable stock |
4 tbsp | red wine vinegar |
4 tbsp | ketchup |
4 tbsp | sugar |
1 | piece of ginger, chopped (1 cm) |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
4 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil and stir-fry the pork for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and the ginger and cook over high heat for another 2-3 minutes. Pour in the stock, vinegar and ketchup and add the sugar. Bring to a short boil. Add the mangetout and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.Serve with rice.
