Pasta with leek and zucchini recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | pasta |
2 medium | leeks, sliced |
1 medium | zucchini |
250 g | mushrooms, chopped |
240 ml | sour cream |
60 ml | white wine |
1 tsp | tarragon leaves |
½ tsp | salt |
olive oil |
Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Sauté the leeks, mushrooms, and zucchini for 5 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.Stir in the cream, tarragon and season with salt. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
Cook the pasta al dente and drain thoroughly. Add pasta to the vegetables, toss well and serve.
