|2 medium||leeks, sliced|
|250 g||mushrooms, chopped|
|240 ml||sour cream|
|60 ml||white wine|
|1 tsp||tarragon leaves|
InstructionsHeat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Sauté the leeks, mushrooms, and zucchini for 5 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream, tarragon and season with salt. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
Cook the pasta al dente and drain thoroughly. Add pasta to the vegetables, toss well and serve.
