|150 g||Chinese noodles|
|3 tbsp||peanut butter|
|1 ½ tbsp||rice wine vinegar|
|½ tsp||hot oil, to taste|
|3 ½ tbsp||sesame oil|
|2 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||hot water|
|2||green onions, minced|
InstructionsCook the noodles until just about tender, 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. drain well. Place noodles into a bowl and toss with 1/2 tablespoon of the sesame oil to prevent sticking.
In a small bowl, combine remaining sesame oil with the peanut butter. Blend in remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Add the chopped onions and toss lightly.
