Noodles in peanut sauce recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | Chinese noodles |
Peanut sauce: | |
3 tbsp | peanut butter |
1 ½ tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
½ tsp | hot oil, to taste |
3 ½ tbsp | sesame oil |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tbsp | hot water |
2 | green onions, minced |
Instructions
Cook the noodles until just about tender, 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. drain well. Place noodles into a bowl and toss with 1/2 tablespoon of the sesame oil to prevent sticking.In a small bowl, combine remaining sesame oil with the peanut butter. Blend in remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Add the chopped onions and toss lightly.
