|4 medium||zucchini, sliced|
|4 medium||tomatoes, sliced|
|2 large||red onions, sliced|
|500 g||Mozzarella cheese, shredded|
|dried oregano, to taste|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place zucchini slices in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
Arrange the sliced onions on top and sprinkle with chredded cheese.
Bake for about 45-60 minutes.
