Oven roasted harissa chicken recipe details
Ingredients
1100 g | chicken pieces on the bone or a whole chicken |
5 tbsp | harissa paste |
2 tbsp | honey |
some | olive oil |
Instructions
Mix the paste (have a look at the recipe ‘Harissa Blend’) with the honey and rub in the chicken skin. Cover and store in the fridge for about 2 hours.Bake in an oven at 170-180ºC for about 1 hour until crispy brown and cooked through. Occasionally brush the chicken with oil.
