Ingredients
200 g | Feta cheese |
1 | lemon |
100 ml | olive oil, extra virgin |
1 tsp | sumac |
Instructions
Cut the feta in approximately 1.5 cm slices and place in a shallow dish.Wash and dry the lemon und cut in narrow slices. Places the lemon on top of the feta.
Drizzle the oil over all and sprinkle with sumac. Marinate for approximately 1 hour.
Serve with crunchy bread and salad as a light meal or as a starter or part of a buffet.
