Ingredients
4 | steaks |
2 tsp | paprika |
2 tbsp | butter |
60 ml | red wine vinegar |
240 ml | double cream |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Season steaks on both sides with paprika, salt and pepper.Melt butter in a pan and cook steaks until done. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Pour off fat from the pan and add vinegar, stirring to dissolve the brown particles from the pan. Cook until the vinegar is almost evaporated and add the cream. Cook, whilst stirring, until reduced by half. Return the steaks and heat through.
