Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Tablespoon baking soda
1/2 Tablespoon cream of tartar
5 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups heavy cream
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Add cream and stir until mix holds together. Turn onto floured surface and knead 12 times. Roll out to 3/4-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes (triangles, rounds, or squares). Brush with milk and dust with sugar. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
