I made this based on a friend’s recollection of a dish she had in Prague…and she loved it!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup white rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 strips thick-sliced bacon
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
2. Make rice according to package directions, adding garlic and dried herbs to flavor the rice. Once rice is cooked, mix with paprika and shredded cheese until combined. Set aside to cool.
3. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4″ thickness between two sheets of wax paper.
4. Stuff flattened breasts with rice mixture and roll into a cylinder, then wrap each chicken roll with one strip of bacon. Place rolls into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, lowering the temperature to 350 degrees.
6. Combine canned soup and milk, adding it over the chicken in the baking dish. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
