- Ingredients
- 16 slices French bread
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups milk
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Cinnamon
Layer bottom of 12 x 9-inch pan with 8 slices of bread. Top with cream cheese slices and blueberries; sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with remaining bread. Beat eggs, milk, and syrup together; mix well. Pour over bread. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.
